SW PORTLAND MASTER BATHROOM REMODEL

The scope of work for this project started out as damage repairs to water damages from the existing bathtub; However, this opened up an opportunity for a major bathroom remodel. The existing bathtub was converted into a walk-in shower, which has 10x10 wall tile, Herringbone mosaic floor tiles, new plumbing fixtures, corner bench seating, couple niches where the horizontal surfaces were matched with the countertops on the existing bathroom vanity, which stayed in place.  The previously enclosed toilet area was downsized to open up more space for an additional vanity, and the main bathroom door was replaced with a barn door to utilize the space efficiently.
