NE PORTLAND EXTERIOR RESTORATION: ROOF, SIDING, AND TRIM REPLACEMENT AND PAINTING.

In this exterior restoration project, the scope of work involved replacing the roof, the cedar lap siding on the south side, rotted fascia boards on the sides of the house, damaged plywood sheeting under the roof, rotted window sills, and any additional dry rot that we discovered.  The roof was replaced using Malarkey Vista Algae Resistant Asphalt Shingles for the sloped surfaces, while using Certainteed Flintlastic for the flatter surfaces.  The siding and trim were painted using Superpaint Exterior Paint from Sherwin Williams.
