NE Ridgewood ST. Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom replaced the existing bathroom which was gutted in order to rearrange the layout of the new bathroom which involved building a new walk-in shower, adding a double sink vanity, a freestanding tub, new toilet, and an additional cabinet with floating shelves.  The walls of the shower have 12x24 wall tile, with a mosaic tile flooring in the shower and the rest of the room.  Bid also reflected adding new light fixtures, switches, and outlets, as well as relocating the plumbing and the ceiling fan.  Walls come with a smooth drywall finish.  Doors and trim are finger joint pine material which has better moisture resistance compared to MDF.  Paint grade used for drywall and wood surfaces are appropriate quality for moisture protection.
