SE PORTLAND EXTERIOR SIDING RESTORATION AND PAINTING:

This early 1900's Home has a cedar shingle siding which were uniform in size and had a unique layout; However, there were multiple sections which had a considerable amount of dry rot that needed to be replaced. While the design seems rather simple, the options for the siding shingles included bundles of various sizes rather than a fixed size. In order to not be wasteful, we utilized all the sizes and pieced them together to make one whole piece to match the original pattern. The project also involved the removal of lead based paint and dry rot repairs in the other areas, which was top coated with a fresh coat of paint.
