SW PORTLAND EXTERIOR PAINTING

This project was one of our standard exterior painting projects without much carpentry work, outside of fixing a section of the roof for a leak. After this was complete, we pressure washed the whole house, scraped and primed areas with failing paint, caulked any seams, and top coated it using Superpaint exterior paint from Sherwin Williams. When prepping areas with unfinished wood, we used oil based primer prior to painting which prevents anything from bleeding through the paint, which was necessary around the stairway on the side of the house, and the balcony in the back.
