SE 32nd ST. ROOF AND SKYLIGHT INSTALLATION:

In this project, our clients needed to replace the roof, but wanted more lighting in their upstairs office, which was an ideal scenario install 4 new skylights (2 on each side of the room) prior to installing the new roof.  Skylight installation involved locating the studs to determine the location, framing them properly to allow the most light in the room, properly flashing and waterproofing them on the outside, and doing the proper drywall finish work to match the existing smooth finish walls.  Roof installation involved Malarkey Vista Algae Resistant Asphalt Shingles.
