TIGARD EXTERIOR PAINTING, GUTTER AND SKYLIGHT INSTALLATION

In this project, we initially began with replacing the roof, any dry rot including faulty plywood sheeting and trim around the windows or corners of the siding. During the roof installation, we also replaced the existing skylights with new fixed Low-E skylights, which involved replacing the flashing around it to prevent any water damage. We also installed a new sliding door and performed minor electrical repairs outside. The house was painted with Superpaint exterior paint from Sherwin Williams with a 4 color scheme. Gutters and downspouts were factory finished to black to match the painted trim, which were installed after painting.
