NW 25th St. TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX EXTERIOR PAINTING

The NW 25th St. Complex includes 9 Townhouse units in 2 separate buildings. The scope of work involved exterior painting, including deck refinishing for each unit and replacing rotted decking boards. Emerald exterior paint from Sherwin Williams was used for both buildings to get the most lifetime out of the paint for the siding and trim, While Superdeck semi-transparent exterior stain was used for the decks.
