SE 35th Pl. EXTERIOR RESTORATION AND PAINTING

While we enjoy the exterior restoration projects of the early 1900s homes, you never know what issues may come up in the process. This project started with exterior painting preparation, but discovered a considerable amount of siding defects on the south side, a sunken front porch, and various other areas with dry rot that needed attention. Our team of carpenters were able to raise the deck by up to 8 inches and address the damaged siding and other dry rot, while the painters performed the Lead Based Paint removal, proper prep work on the rest of the siding, and top coat the siding with vibrant colors using Emerald exterior paint from Sherwin Williams.
